1. Li Tan Family Gene
Using modern human big data analysis, it was found that paternal genome of Li Tang family is O2-MF12803. This type was created and spread 1410 years ago (equivalent to about 600 AD), i.e. at same time that Tang Guogong Li Yuan lived very successively (566-635 AD).
Tang Taizong Li Shimin (excerpt from The Walking Chariot)
Type O2-MF12803, which passed 23 Rubik's Cube tests, out of all 32 modern individuals, surname Lee accounts for 42.86%. Of distribution of surnames, this type undoubtedly originated from historical family of surname Lee. At present, all these 32 people are Han Chinese.
At present, this type is mainly distributed in provinces of Shandong, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Shaanxi, etc. Geographically, it is also very consistent with distribution of the Li and Tang royal families.
This O2-MF12803 branch is downstream of Oβ (O2-F46), one of three major Han branches. Verified ancient DNA was found at Miaodogou cultural complex in Yangguanzhai, Shaanxi province, 5,500 years ago. O2-MF12803, where Li Tang's family is located, is below a certain number O2a2b1a2a1a1b1b2b2a-CTS335, genetic point:
O-F175>M122>F36>M324>P201>P164>M134>F450>F122>F114>F629>F79>F46>F502>FGC85750>FGC16847>CTS9862>CTS3776>F2887>FGC16858>CTS3763 >FGK16863>SK1768 >CTS2882>CTS335>F14163>Z26248>Z26251>Z26258>MF1185>MF1192>Y29876>MF12262>MF12803
Secondly, it is fully consistent with Longxi Li family
It is very interesting that head of Li Tang royal family gene is O2-MF12262, and this gene was produced 1620 years ago (equivalent to about 400 AD), and it also expanded greatly, which is same as Western Liang Li Hao ( 351–417 AD) lived at a very similar time.
Type O2-MF12262 in upper reaches, among modern people, 39.47% have surname Li, and this branch is obviously Li family in Longxi, one of five surnames and seven Wangs.
According to History of Tang Dynasty, Xiliang, one of sixteen kingdoms, was king of Li Hao, and his seventh grandson was Li Yuan. They were born 215 years apart. This is exact genealogy. : Li Hao → Li Xin → Li Chunger → Li Xi → Li Tianxi → Li Hu → Li Zan → Li Yuan, as well as Li Yuan's O2-MF12803 and Li Hao's O2-MF12262, two types, one was produced 1410 years ago, other was created 1620 years ago by a genetic algorithm. With a difference of exactly 210 years, molecular anthropology and historical records match perfectly.
The Li Tang family belongs to Li family in Longxi and must be a direct descendant of Xiliang Emperor Li Hao, which is genetically certain.
3. Comparison with famous Xianbei DNA
Compared to known Xianbei people, Xianbei people discovered seven groups of ancient DNA:
①Early Xianbei Mushroom Mountain: C2 North-F1756
②Middle Chenwugou Tuoba Xianbei: C2 North-F1756
③Mid Zhan Heshuo Tuoba Xianbei: C2 North-F1756
④Mid-term Jinhe Xianbei: C2-M217 (Unverified below)
⑤Chinization of Yuwen Xianbei (actual measurements of Yuwenong Tomb): C2 North-F1756
⑥Sinification of Tuoba Xianbei (measured in Yuanwei Tomb): C2 North-F1756
⑦Qilang Xianbei Mountain: C2 South-F845
Three groups of people of same origin as Xianbei:
①Jinggouzi Donghu in spring and autumn: C2 North-L1373; C2 North-F1756
②Rhujan Khan's tomb in Outer Mongolia (Rhujan Khan and Tuoba Xianbei belong to same paternal lineage): C2 North-F1756
3 Hulunbuir Shiwei Period: C2 North-L1373; C2 North-F1756
Based on data above, main Xianbei paternal type is C2 Bei-F1756, and Li Tang's O2-MF12803 paternal gene appears to be from Han Longxi Li family.
